  • • This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned sales leader who will be instrumental in driving significant revenue growth by expertly positioning Nexstar’s comprehensive suite of cutting-edge advertising and marketing solutions. These solutions span across digital, linear, and advanced AdTech platforms, targeting independent and franchise Home Services providers such as HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Flooring, Windows, and Remodeling companies.
  • • As the national subject matter expert for the Home Services category, you will own the overarching sales strategy, its meticulous execution, and the ultimate revenue performance for this vertical. This requires a deep, nuanced understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector.
  • • A core responsibility will be to develop and implement a robust go-to-market strategy, ensuring that Nexstar’s offerings are effectively communicated and adopted by clients. This involves creating compelling narratives and value propositions that resonate with the specific needs of Home Services businesses.
  • • You will play a crucial role in sales enablement, equipping local and regional sales teams with the essential tools, playbooks, and sales collateral tailored specifically to the Home Services vertical. This ensures consistency and effectiveness across all market interactions.

This includes focusing on metrics such as call volume, appointment volume, site attribution, and lead generation, demonstrating a clear understanding of client KPIs.
  • • The Sales Director will be responsible for building and executing a strategic business plan aimed at driving measurable revenue increases within the Home Services vertical. This will be achieved through direct engagement with key clients and by empowering local market teams to maximize their potential.
  • • Collaboration with AdTech partners and vendors is essential to ensure a robust and tailored product offering that meets the evolving demands of Home Services providers. This involves staying abreast of technological advancements and integrating them into Nexstar's solutions.
