  • • Lead the development and execution of a North America sales strategy to capture market share in the competitive retail media tech space.
  • • Translate Vantage’s positioning as the Operating System for retail media into a compelling regional commercial narrative for retailers, RMN operators, and advertiser partners.
  • • Drive enterprise business development by closing strategic partnerships with major national retailers across North America.
  • • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers within retail media networks to position Vantage as the foundational infrastructure for their media operations.
  • • Manage the full North American sales funnel with disciplined CRM hygiene to ensure a predictable, healthy pipeline of enterprise deals.
  • • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving technical evaluations, legal negotiations, and regional contract structuring including MSAs and localized Data Processing Agreements.
  • • Provide accurate, data-driven revenue forecasts for the North American territory to the Chief Revenue Officer and executive leadership.
  • • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure Vantage’s offering resonates across the North American retail media landscape.
  • • Leverage deep market knowledge of retail media networks, programmatic advertising, and the operational realities of retail advertising infrastructure to inform sales conversations.
  • • Sell enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions, not just media placements, requiring the ability to articulate long-term operational value to technical and executive audiences.
  • • Maintain fluency in Salesforce or HubSpot to track pipeline, coach sales activities, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • • Operate as a foundational hire to establish and scale Vantage’s footprint across the fastest-evolving retail media region in the world.
  • • Represent Vantage at industry events, client meetings, and strategic forums to build brand authority and thought leadership in retail media technology.
  • • Ensure all sales activities align with Vantage’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering an equitable and respectful client and team environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years in B2B sales leadership within retail media, adtech, or martech across North American markets
  • • Deep enterprise solution selling experience with multi-stakeholder cycles and C-suite engagement
  • • Proven track record of scaling enterprise sales from early stage to market leader in North America
  • • Deep market knowledge of retail landscape, programmatic advertising, and retail media network operations
  • • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with fluency in English
  • • Working proficiency in Salesforce or HubSpot and a data-driven approach to coaching
