• • As Sales Director (North America) at Flagright Inc., you will lead and scale the company’s sales presence across North America, driving revenue generation and quota attainment for an AI-powered financial crime compliance platform used by Fortune 500 companies, banks, fintechs, and startups.
• • You will build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team, own pipeline health and forecasting, drive strategic enterprise deals, recruit and develop top sales talent, and collaborate with marketing and partnerships to generate high-quality pipeline while maintaining executive relationships with senior stakeholders.
