📋 Description

  • • The Sales Director, Pharma Delivery Systems at Jabil Inc. is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and expanding strategic accounts within Jabil Healthcare, with a strong focus on Pharmaceutical Solutions, Contract Development & Manufacturing (CDMO) services, Drug Delivery Device Manufacturing, and Packaging.
  • • Day to day, the role involves defining and executing sales strategies, identifying and securing new customers across injectables, combination products, and oral solid dose manufacturing, building executive-level relationships, leading consultative selling engagements, maintaining a high-quality Salesforce pipeline, preparing financial forecasts, and partnering with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to translate customer requirements into scalable manufacturing solutions.
  • • Jabil is a global leader in engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing solutions with over 60 years of experience, 100+ sites worldwide, and a commitment to sustainability and diverse communities. The Sales Director reports to the VP of Sales, Jabil Healthcare, and partners closely with Business Unit, Operations, Quality, Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams to shape customer solutions and ensure long-term success.
  • • In this role, the individual can expect to develop deep expertise in aseptic manufacturing, oral solid dose, and end-to-end CDMO solutions, influence multi-million dollar deals, shape Jabil’s market position in pharma manufacturing, and grow as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • • 10+ years of sales experience in healthcare contract manufacturing and/or CDMO services across pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device markets.
  • • Demonstrated experience selling aseptic manufacturing, fill/finish, oral solid dose, analytical, stability, and packaging services.
  • • Proven ability to deliver integrated, lifecycle‑focused CDMO solutions from early development through commercial scale.
  • • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
