- • The Sales Director leads territory management and drives revenue growth by developing business relationships with brokers, consultants, and prospective clients in the self-insured healthcare market.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline via Salesforce, delivering presentations and product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful client onboarding through cross-functional collaboration with RFP, pricing, account management, and implementation teams.
