  • • As a Sales Director - West at Flashpoint Intel Inc., you will drive strategic net-new business growth across the Western United States by selling advanced threat intelligence solutions that help Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 organizations mitigate cyber, physical, and geopolitical risks. This individual contributor role is critical to Flashpoint’s mission of empowering enterprises and government agencies to protect critical assets, avoid financial loss, and safeguard lives through the Flashpoint Ignite platform, which delivers deep, timely, and human-enriched data from the deep and dark web, vulnerability feeds, and global threat sources.
  • • You will own the full sales cycle for complex, multi-year enterprise deals ranging from $100K to $1M+ in ACV, targeting CISOs, VPs of Security, and leaders in SOC, Incident Response, Fraud, and Risk functions. Your success will depend on mastering long sales cycles (6–12+ months), influencing strategic shifts in how organizations perceive and manage risk, and positioning Flashpoint not just as a vendor but as a trusted advisor in high-stakes environments such as Financial Services, Government, Retail, and Critical Infrastructure.
  • • Day to day, you will: build and manage a net-new territory from the ground up using MEDDICC or BANT frameworks to ensure pipeline quality; orchestrate high-pressure deals by aligning internal stakeholders including BDRs, Solutions Architects, Intelligence Analysts, and Legal with external decision-makers; conduct discovery, demos, and proof-of-value engagements with the pre-sales Strategic Advisory team; maintain rigorous CRM hygiene to track opportunities and forecast accurately; partner closely with technical resources to translate complex threat intelligence into business value; and continuously refine your outreach cadence to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • • You will collaborate with a mission-driven, inclusive team at Flashpoint, a pioneer in threat intelligence known for its culture of belonging, diversity, and innovation. Success here means not only hitting quota but also shaping how organizations understand and respond to evolving risks—leaving a tangible impact on global security resilience.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of owning the full sales lifecycle from opportunity creation to closing for complex, multi-year enterprise deals with ACVs ranging from $100K to $1M+
  • • Enterprise B2B SaaS experience specifically within cybersecurity, threat intelligence, fraud, or risk management
  • • Demonstrated ability to navigate 6–12+ month sales cycles and sell directly to CISOs, VPs of Security, and leaders in SOC, Incident Response, Fraud, and Risk functions at Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 organizations
  • • Experience partnering with technical colleagues (e.g., Solutions Architects, Intelligence Analysts) and negotiating complex software/services contracts with sophisticated procurement teams
  • • Deep exposure selling into high-stakes industries including Financial Services, Government, Retail, or Critical Infrastructure
  • • Proficiency in MEDDICC or BANT qualification frameworks and a strong commitment to data quality in CRM tools to maximize sales velocity
