Full Job Description

📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end sales enablement programs for Account Executives and BDRs, including email cadences across the full sales lifecycle (MQL → Closed Lost), urgency campaigns, and seasonal playbooks, with continuous A/B testing of subject lines, copy, CTAs, and sequence timing.
  • Develop, maintain, and update sales collateral—including decks, one-pagers, and objection handlers—segmented by entity type (e.g., S-Corps), geography, and professional vertical, ensuring alignment with evolving Collective policies, IRS rules, and state legislation.
  • Lead the design and delivery of the Account Executive and BDR training curriculum, from new hire bootcamp through ongoing skill development, extending training to adjacent GTM roles such as Product Marketing and Partnerships.
  • Create and manage 60-day onboarding plans with explicit KPI milestones, partnering with hiring managers to ensure reps meet ramp targets and achieve quota readiness.
  • Build and enforce certification programs requiring reps to pass formal assessments before carrying a quota, ensuring consistent knowledge and performance standards.
  • Foster a peer call review culture by designing feedback loops that drive weekly improvement in sales execution and communication.
  • Track and report on campaign performance (conversion rates, revenue influence), training compliance, and rep ramp metrics using Nooks, Salesforce, and BI tools, delivering data-driven insights to sales leadership.
  • Proactively identify gaps in rep knowledge, collateral coverage, or campaign effectiveness and implement solutions before they impact revenue outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and cross-functional teams including Legal, Product, Engineering, Growth, and Member Services, translating policy and product updates into timely, actionable guidance for frontline reps.
  • Gather voice-of-customer and voice-of-field insights from sales teams to inform product roadmap and marketing strategy.
  • Support the Director of Sales and Head of Growth Marketing on strategic GTM initiatives as needed, including ad-hoc projects and high-priority launches.
  • Flex into an Account Executive role to take sales calls when business demands require it, maintaining frontline understanding of customer objections and sales dynamics.
  • Collaborate with Growth and BDR teams to drive scheduled call volume through content initiatives on platforms like Reddit and community forums where subject matter authority impacts lead generation.
  • Ensure all sales content remains current and compliant as tax regulations, entity formation rules, and state laws change, minimizing risk and maximizing rep confidence.
  • Maintain a structured measurement framework to evaluate program ROI, linking enablement activities directly to revenue impact and rep performance improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales enablement, B2B sales, or revenue marketing with end-to-end ownership of programs
  • Deep subject matter expertise in tax, accounting, or small business finance, including S-Corps, reasonable compensation, and entity formation
  • Proven track record building sales training curricula that reduce ramp time and improve quota attainment
  • Strong content and writing skills to produce high-converting cold emails and executive-ready decks
  • Analytical fluency with Excel/Sheets; SQL is a strong plus
  • Ability to thrive with autonomy and ambiguity, defining problems and executing solutions without detailed briefs

🏖️ Benefits

  • Remote-friendly environment with flexibility to work from home within the U.S.; Bay Area employees follow a hybrid schedule
  • $200 quarterly reimbursement for health and wellness
  • $150 monthly commuter reimbursement for hybrid employees
  • Flexible PTO plus 14 company holidays
  • 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees; 75% for dependents
