- • As a Sales Enablement Manager at AuditBoard, Inc. (operating under the Optro brand), you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by transforming sales performance insights into actionable enablement strategies that directly impact how the sales team executes mid-funnel and close-stage deals. This role is critical to scaling Optro’s high-velocity sales engine as the company continues its trajectory as one of North America’s 500 fastest-growing tech companies for seven consecutive years, serving over 50% of the Fortune 500 with its award-winning audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform.
- • You will own the end-to-end process of gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative sales performance data—including win/loss interviews, deal reviews, field feedback, and RevOps metrics—to uncover patterns in competitive losses, buyer objections, and execution gaps. These insights will be translated into clear, scalable recommendations and repeatable "winning patterns" that are embedded into training, playbooks, and process adherence initiatives, ensuring sales teams consistently apply methodologies like MEDDICC and improve deal outcomes.
- • Day to day, you will design and deliver targeted enablement programs, develop supporting content such as playbooks and frameworks, facilitate training sessions and workshops, and reinforce key sales behaviors through structured learning experiences that address real performance gaps identified from field insights. You will also monitor the adoption and impact of enablement initiatives, partnering with Sales Leadership to reinforce process excellence and ensure reps are effectively applying defined sales stages, deal inspection standards, and best practices.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Legal to ensure insights are grounded in accurate data, incorporate competitive and product messaging, and align global enablement priorities with field feedback. Your work will directly influence how sales teams operate, helping them win more business by turning complex insights into practical, repeatable motions.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS sales performance analytics, enablement program design, and cross-functional influence—gaining the ability to shape sales strategy at a high-growth, market-leading company. You will build systems that create continuous improvement loops, positioning yourself as a strategic partner to revenue leaders and contributing directly to Optro’s mission of helping customers move forward with greater clarity and agility.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
- • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and insights from sales data and qualitative feedback.
- • Experience partnering with Sales, RevOps, or Product Marketing teams.
- • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex insights into practical recommendations.
- • Experience working with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, or similar platforms.
