- • As the Sales Enablement Manager at ServiceTitan, you will serve as the architect of high performance, designing and evolving the sales journey to empower Titans—from entry-level to Senior AEs—to reach their full potential through data-driven influence and strategic partnerships with the Sales organization.
- • You will own the optimization of the sales journey and Titan productivity by designing world-class sales experiences, innovating sales productivity tools through AI transformation and adoption, and creating high-value, sticky, and engaging content that meets sellers where they are, moving beyond traditional enablement.
- • You will drive high-velocity performance by identifying performance gaps using key metrics such as Close Rate, Cycle Time, ARPU, NPS, product utilization, and churn, then deploying targeted interventions like 1:1 coaching or systemic program overhauls to improve outcomes.
- • You will build, maintain, and evangelize sales playbooks that codify the "Sales Titan" way, ensuring value-based selling is consistent across the organization and deeply embedded in the sales culture.
- • You will act as the "Voice of the Seller," bridging Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Sales teams to translate GTM strategies, product launches, and collateral into seller-friendly language that resonates with tradespeople and internal teams, including managing change and activation of new processes.
- • You will orchestrate cross-functional programs by partnering with Leadership, Operations, Product-Marketing, and other teams to activate changes in product, process, systems, and tools, managing multiple concurrent projects at various stages.
- • You will develop "Always-on" learning paths that support career progression through the department ladder and lattice, enabling full-cycle career enablement and internal mobility for Titans.
- • You will serve as a trusted partner to the Sales team, building deep-rooted collaboration based on strategic influence backed by data and field feedback, positioning enablement as a strategic appendage to sales success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a high-performing quota-carrying role
- • Proven experience leading complex GTM initiatives cross-functionally, such as rolling out a new CRM, changing pricing models, or launching a new sales methodology
- • Strong understanding of sales acumen and B2B SaaS experience, with proficiency in CRMs, LMS platforms, and eLearning software
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, inspire others, and thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
- • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and experience in people management or motivating and leading others
- • Experience in the home services industry or adjacent trades is a plus
