- • As a Sales Enablement Manager at Samsara Inc., you will play a pivotal role in empowering our Customer Success organization to achieve and exceed revenue targets by developing and executing strategic enablement programs. This remote position, open to candidates across the US (excluding specific metro areas and states), is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the industries that form the backbone of our global economy, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing.
- • You will be instrumental in designing and implementing tailored enablement strategies that directly address identified performance gaps within the Customer Success team. This involves defining clear objectives, creating comprehensive development plans, and establishing robust accountability measures to ensure continuous improvement and measurable results.
- • A key responsibility will be the creation and deployment of innovative learning programs specifically designed to support company-wide change management initiatives. These programs will focus on enhancing the productivity of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) throughout the entire renewal cycle, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to maximize customer value and retention.
- • You will lead impactful training sessions for CSMs, acting as a subject matter expert in the development of training materials, messaging, and best practices. Your expertise will be crucial in translating complex product features and customer success methodologies into actionable insights for the field sales team.
- • This role requires you to be a strong advocate for the Customer Success team's learning needs, representing these requirements across the business to secure continuous development investment. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that enablement initiatives align with broader company goals and strategic priorities.

- • You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leadership to understand their challenges and translate those into effective enablement solutions. This includes developing content, facilitating workshops, and providing ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of new strategies and tools.
- • A significant part of your role will involve measuring the effectiveness of enablement programs. You will define key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress, and report on the impact of your initiatives on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- • You will be a key contributor to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the Customer Success organization, encouraging CSMs to embrace new challenges and opportunities for professional growth.
