  • • Design and deliver a structured sales onboarding program to ramp new SDRs, AEs, and sales engineers to full productivity within 90 days.
  • • Lead recurring live and virtual training sessions on sales methodology, discovery techniques, objection handling, competitive positioning, and product demo skills.
  • • Conduct call reviews, role-plays, and 1:1 coaching sessions to reinforce skills and close performance gaps identified by sales managers.
  • • Partner with product marketing and sales engineers to translate the technical value of Tenex.AI’s AI-native MDR solution for both technical and executive buyers.
  • • Create, maintain, and update enablement content including playbooks, talk tracks, certification paths, and just-in-time learning resources using LMS and enablement tools.
  • • Embed and enforce a consistent sales framework (e.g., MEDDICC, Command of the Message) across the sales team through training, reinforcement, and inspection.
  • • Track and measure the impact of enablement initiatives on key metrics including ramp time, certification completion, pipeline generation, and win rates.
  • • Gather feedback from sales reps and managers to continuously refine training programs in response to new products, market segments, and competitive shifts.
  • • Own the end-to-end delivery of sales enablement programs in a fully remote, fast-scaling startup environment.
  • • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align training content with evolving go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
  • • Utilize conversation-intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to analyze rep performance and inform training improvements.
  • • Ensure all sales enablement materials are accurate, current, and aligned with the company’s messaging and positioning in the AI-driven cybersecurity space.
  • • Drive adoption of standardized sales processes by making training engaging, practical, and directly tied to rep success in the field.
  • • Report enablement outcomes and performance insights directly to GTM leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • • Build scalable training systems that support rapid hiring growth while maintaining quality and consistency across the sales organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or quota-carrying B2B sales — ideally with experience in both selling and enablement roles.
  • • Experience selling or enabling technical products, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or another fast-moving B2B technology category.
  • • A track record of building training programs that measurably shortened ramp time or improved rep performance.
  • • Strong facilitation and coaching skills — ability to hold virtual or in-person sessions and deliver feedback that drives behavioral change.
  • • Fluency in modern sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or similar, and experience teaching them.
  • • Comfort using enablement tooling including LMS, call-recording/conversation-intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
