📋 Description
- • Lead the onboarding and training of all new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in a BPO/call center sales environment
- • Design, develop, and continuously improve structured sales training and enablement programs covering onboarding, product knowledge, sales methodology, and performance improvement modules
- • Create and manage training content and work modules within a Learning Management System (LMS) platform
- • Coach, mentor, and manage SDRs and team leads to drive performance, quality, and consistency in outbound sales activities
- • Build and maintain lead lists in collaboration with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate and actionable prospecting pipelines
- • Ensure SDRs are trained on lead management, outreach sequencing, and CRM best practices to maximize conversion efficiency
- • Partner with sales leadership to align training programs with performance goals, KPIs, and business objectives
- • Implement and optimize operational workflows, sales enablement automations, and process standards across the SDR function
- • Monitor SDR performance metrics and deliver targeted coaching, retraining, and performance interventions based on data-driven insights
- • Serve as the subject matter expert on sales development best practices within a BPO and outsourced sales environment
- • Ensure all training materials and processes comply with operational standards and are consistently updated to reflect evolving sales strategies
- • Utilize remote collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana to deliver training, conduct coaching sessions, and manage team workflows
- • Maintain technical proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement tools, dialers, and lead sourcing systems
- • Operate exclusively within US time zones (EST–PST) to support alignment with US-based clients and sales teams
- • Ensure all training and enablement activities are delivered remotely with full accountability for remote team performance and engagement
- • Drive continuous improvement of sales enablement systems by identifying gaps, testing new methodologies, and scaling successful programs
- • Maintain strict adherence to operational processes and enforce repeatable, scalable training standards across all SDRs
- • Collaborate with quality assurance and operations teams to integrate call coaching, performance tracking, and compliance standards into training curriculum
- • Act as the primary liaison between training, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales enablement initiatives
- • Deliver training content in a fully remote environment with no in-person interaction required
- • Manage training documentation, version control, and knowledge repositories to ensure accessibility and consistency across global SDR teams
🎯 Requirements
- • Prior experience in a sales management, supervisor, or team lead role within a BPO, call center, or high-volume sales environment
- • Proven experience training, coaching, and managing SDR or inside sales teams
- • Non-negotiable: Must have prior experience working in a fully remote environment, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have experience working with US or UK-based companies
- • Strong understanding of sales development roles, outbound prospecting, and lead management
- • Demonstrated ability to create structured training programs, work modules, and enablement content
- • High level of technical proficiency and comfort working with LMS platforms, CRMs, and sales tools
