- • As a Sales Engineer at Blackpoint Cyber, you will be an indispensable part of our sales process, leveraging your deep technical expertise to guide prospective partners and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to demonstrate how our cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions effectively address their unique challenges and bolster their security posture.
- • You will act as a crucial technical liaison, translating complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with a diverse range of stakeholders, from highly technical IT professionals to business leaders.
- • A key aspect of this role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support. This collaboration ensures a seamless customer experience and allows for the effective communication of technical insights and customer feedback across the organization.
- • You will be responsible for leading engaging product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) that vividly showcase Blackpoint's core capabilities. This includes conducting thorough technical discovery to pinpoint customer pain points and aligning our solutions to address those specific needs.
- • Presenting is a significant part of this role. You will deliver compelling webinars and presentations to audiences of various sizes, effectively evangelizing the Blackpoint brand, highlighting our key differentiators, and educating partners on the full spectrum of our advanced capabilities.
- • A strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and frameworks is essential. You will apply your knowledge of standards such as NIST, CIS, CMMC, HIPAA, and PCIDSS to assist customers in achieving their security and compliance objectives, demonstrating how Blackpoint Cyber can be a strategic partner in their compliance journey.
- • You will serve as a vital conduit for customer-driven insights, relaying valuable feedback and observations to our Product and Engineering teams. This input is critical for informing product roadmap development, ensuring continuous improvement, and maintaining our competitive edge in the rapidly evolving threat landscape.
