- • Lead and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, positioning Automation Anywhere’s Agentic Process Automation (APA) solutions based on business outcomes rather than feature functionality to maximize deal size and customer impact.
- • Engage with C-suite executives and technical stakeholders to align strategic business goals with AI-driven automation solutions, using value-selling best practices to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- • Demonstrate and co-develop tailored integrations that solve clients’ unique operational challenges, highlighting ROI, efficiency gains, and strategic advantages of automating complex workflows.
- • Spearhead client workshops and industry events to promote best practices in Agentic Process Automation, reinforcing Automation Anywhere’s thought leadership and market position.
- • Design and implement scalable internal and external frameworks that enable sales teams, clients, and partners to expand into new markets and segments, driving long-term growth and adoption.
- • Build and nurture long-term, high-value customer relationships by acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the entire sales cycle, from discovery to post-sale implementation.
- • Serve as a subject matter expert on emerging technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and API integrations, sharing insights to elevate team expertise.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions, ensuring alignment with industry trends and technological advancements in intelligent automation.
- • Provide strategic technical advocacy to differentiate Automation Anywhere’s platform from competitors by clearly articulating unique business value propositions.
- • Travel up to 50% on short notice to meet client needs, attend industry events, and support on-site demonstrations and workshops.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with enterprise application ecosystems such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, and Workday, and their integration with automation platforms.
- • Leverage knowledge of hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their advanced AI offerings—including GPT-based technologies and cloud-native automation capabilities—to enhance solution design and client outcomes.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by mentoring peers, documenting best practices, and staying current with evolving standards in enterprise IT infrastructure and cognitive automation.
- • Communicate complex technical concepts with clarity and confidence to both non-technical executives and engineering teams, ensuring alignment across all stakeholder groups.
- • Apply analytical and organizational skills to identify and remove sales obstacles through creative, adaptive problem-solving tailored to enterprise client environments.
