📋 Description

• • As the Founding Analytics Engineer at Ambrook, you will own and transform the company's entire data function, building a clean, trustworthy data foundation that enables every team to make confident, data-driven decisions in support of American family-run businesses facing climate and market volatility.
• • You will own the full data stack from ingestion to insight, managing the warehouse, dbt models, Airbyte pipelines, orchestration, and company-wide dashboards, while establishing data access patterns for AI agents and advising on data modeling in external systems like HubSpot to ensure upstream data quality.
• • You will join a mission-driven Series A startup backed by Thrive Capital, Dylan Field, and Homebrew, working to rebuild financial infrastructure for independent operators by replacing fragmented legacy systems with modern tools for accounting, banking, and spending.
• • You will grow into a leadership role by improving data literacy across the company, refining data models, documenting best practices, and shaping the future of Ambrook’s data function through innovation in AI-augmented data workflows and self-service enablement.
