- • As a Sales Engineer at Fireblocks in New York, you will take full ownership of designated projects and clients, guiding them from product sales demonstrations through client onboarding, playing a critical role in enabling financial institutions to securely adopt digital assets.
- • Day to day, you will support the sales team through the entire client lifecycle—from qualification to onboarding—by tailoring technical demos to customer needs, delivering in-depth presentations to C-level executives and cybersecurity professionals, managing multiple RFx responses, coordinating workshops, and assisting with proof-of-concept setups and knowledge transfer.
- • You will collaborate closely with Account Managers, Sales Directors, and Product Managers within a supportive Americas-wide Sales Engineering team, acting as a technical gatekeeper to internal engineering groups while translating complex blockchain and API concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in digital asset infrastructure, refine your ability to architect and communicate technical solutions for banking and fintech use cases, and contribute directly to the onboarding of globally recognized financial brands, positioning yourself at the forefront of blockchain adoption in traditional finance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in a pre-sales or consulting role with banks, payment companies, or capital markets
- • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex technologies, including Webhooks, REST APIs, and AI applications
- • Confident and concise communication skills with excellent presentation abilities, particularly when educating both technical and non-technical audiences
- • Demonstrated passion for blockchain and the crypto industry, either professionally or personally
- • Proactive, self-starter mindset with knowledge of banking, financial services, or fintech
- • Analytical approach that connects technical capabilities to business outcomes
