- • Join Solenis LLC, a global leader in providing sustainable cleaning and hygiene solutions, as an OEM Sales Engineer (m/w/d) working remotely from your home office in Germany.
- • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing and expanding our relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) clients, driving sales through a deep understanding of their needs and our innovative product offerings.
- • Your primary responsibility will involve the meticulous capture and translation of customer requirements into precise functional and technical specifications. This crucial step ensures that our design and engineering teams have a clear roadmap to develop solutions that precisely meet client expectations.
- • You will act as the key liaison between our clients and our internal technical teams, facilitating discussions and ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- • A significant part of your role will be to leverage the expertise of the design group to formulate compelling proposals and manage the entire sales process. This includes presenting these proposals to clients, addressing their queries, and negotiating terms to secure new business.
- • You will be responsible for establishing detailed work plans for projects, accurately identifying the necessary resources, and defining realistic timelines. This involves the strategic procurement of both human and material resources, ensuring that projects are adequately staffed with individuals possessing the right skill sets.
- • A core function is to clearly define the scope of work and assign tasks effectively, ensuring accountability and efficient workflow.
- • Proactively identify and escalate potential obstacles and risks that could impact project delivery, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

- • You will also play a critical role in ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel involved in projects.
- • Furthermore, you will manage the spare parts business and handle claims within your designated sales area for German OEMs, working in close collaboration with the Key Account management team.
