- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will be multifaceted and engaging, centered around providing expert technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive pre-sales activities, which include conducting in-depth solution demonstrations tailored to specific client needs, delivering impactful presentations that highlight the value proposition of Ping Identity's platform, and providing expert technical guidance. A significant part of your role will involve designing and executing proofs of concept (POCs) that validate the efficacy and suitability of our solutions in customer environments, as well as contributing to and responding to Request for Proposals (RFx) with technically robust and persuasive content. You will serve as the primary technical expert for our solutions, acting as a go-to resource for customers, partners, and internal teams, building trust and credibility through your deep understanding and clear communication. A key aspect of this role is establishing and nurturing enduring relationships with customers, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor for all things related to identity and access management. You will work hand-in-hand with the sales team, contributing directly to revenue generation by playing a critical role during key sales cycle phases: Qualification, Discovery, and the Technical Proof Phase. Furthermore, you will coordinate effectively with the post-sales service delivery team throughout the sales cycle to ensure a seamless transition and successful implementation for the customer. Your role will involve meeting with stakeholders both virtually and in-person, delivering engaging presentations, conducting interactive whiteboarding sessions, and demonstrating the full capabilities and value of Ping solutions to customers, partners, and at industry events. You will also be a vital conduit for product improvement, providing insightful feedback on potential product enhancements and emerging customer needs directly to our product owners, thereby influencing the future direction of our technology. To excel in this role, you will develop and maintain subject matter expert-level knowledge of at least one of Ping Identity's core solutions, becoming a recognized authority in that area.
