  • • As the Head of Sales at Fira Health, you will own the revenue number and growth strategy, defining and executing a multi-market expansion plan across Texas and beyond while setting data-backed targets and owning the P&L for the sales organization.
  • • You will build and lead the sales organization from the ground up, designing the org structure, hiring and developing sales leadership, establishing operating cadences, and creating compensation structures that attract top performers.
  • • You will personally lead enterprise and health system partnerships, building credibility with C-suite executives and securing preferred provider status by positioning Fira Health as a strategic partner through its technology and cost advantages.
  • • You will build scalable go-to-market infrastructure by standing up sales operations, defining funnel metrics, creating playbooks and training programs, and providing data-driven recommendations for market expansion.
  • • You will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategy, translating field insights into product improvements, and identifying expansion opportunities beyond home health.
  • • Fira Health is a fast-growing healthcare technology company automating back-office operations in home health to reduce waste, improve margins, and enable better patient care, backed by a world-class tech team and healthcare operators.
  • • This role offers a direct path to CRO or equivalent as the company scales, with a seat at the table alongside founders and the opportunity to shape the future of care delivery nationwide.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years in sales leadership, with at least 2 years in a VP of Sales, SVP, or CRO role
  • • Proven track record of building and scaling a sales organization from scratch, including multi-market team buildout and sales operations infrastructure (CRM, reporting, territory planning, forecasting)
  • • Experience leading field sales teams, managing territory-level performance, and understanding the day-to-day realities of field representatives
  • • Hands-on, player-coach mentality with comfort operating in fast-moving, early-stage environments
