- • As the Head of Sales at Fira Health, Inc., you will own the revenue number and go-to-market strategy to scale the company’s home health platform across Texas and beyond, working directly with founders to build a scalable commercial engine that drives care delivery nationwide.
- • You will define and execute multi-market expansion plans, set data-backed revenue targets, own the P&L for the sales organization, and build forecasting and pipeline management systems to ensure predictable growth.
- • You will design and build the sales organization from the ground up — hiring and developing Regional Sales Managers/Directors, establishing operating cadences, creating talent strategies, and setting compensation structures to attract and retain top performers.
- • You will lead strategic enterprise partnerships with major health systems, securing preferred provider status and value-based alliances by engaging C-suite executives and positioning Fira Health as a transformative partner through its technology-enabled cost and quality advantages.
- • You will build scalable go-to-market infrastructure including CRM, territory planning, lead routing, performance analytics, and training playbooks to accelerate rep ramp and ensure consistent execution.
- • You will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to company strategy, board reporting, fundraising narratives, and translating field insights into product and operational improvements.
- • You will operate with a player-coach mindset, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment where low ego and high ownership are essential.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in sales leadership, with at least 2 years in a VP of Sales, SVP, or CRO role — proven experience leading organizations, not just teams
- • Proven track record of building and scaling a sales organization from scratch, including multi-market team buildout, sales operations infrastructure (CRM, reporting, territory planning, forecasting), and compensation design through significant revenue milestones (ideally $20M+ ARR or equivalent)
- • Field sales leadership experience — having built and overseen field sales teams, managed territory-level performance, and deeply understood the day-to-day realities of field representatives
- • Hands-on, player-coach mentality — demonstrated ability to build from zero and roll up sleeves in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments
