- • As a Sales Executive IV at Alkami Technology, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with U.S. banks and credit unions seeking to modernize their digital banking capabilities. This hunter-focused role is essential to expanding Alkami’s market presence in the financial technology sector, directly contributing to the company’s mission of enabling Anticipatory Banking through its integrated platform of onboarding, digital banking, and data and marketing solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include actively prospecting and networking within your assigned territory to generate sales opportunities with community financial institutions; developing and executing targeted sales strategies aligned with C-level executives’ goals; creating, maintaining, and delivering accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports; articulating Alkami’s value proposition to convert prospects into customers; negotiating and closing complex deals while effectively handling objections; representing the company at industry trade shows and conferences; traveling 25–50% of the time to engage with both prospective and existing clients; collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize sales outcomes; and mentoring junior Sales Executive team members to elevate overall team performance.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in selling complex SaaS solutions to financial institutions, refine your consultative selling and negotiation skills, and gain strategic insight into the evolving landscape of digital banking and anticipatory finance. 🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience
- • 7+ years of proven success in direct sales, client sales, business development, or similar quota-carrying roles, preferably selling to financial institutions
- • Demonstrated ability to build and manage sales pipelines, communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders, and close complex deals
- • Willingness and ability to travel 25–50% of the time to meet with prospects and clients
- • Proficiency with standard office/MS applications and a strong aptitude for learning and articulating technical product concepts
