- • As a Sales Executive at Capital on Tap, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s mission to empower 1 million small businesses by 2030 through its all-in-one business credit card and spend management platform. Your work will directly contribute to scaling a fast-growing, profitable fintech that serves over 200,000 businesses globally, combining high-impact sales with a supportive, values-driven culture.
- • You will own the full 360-degree sales cycle — from identifying and sourcing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to closing deals and managing early account relationships — ensuring a seamless experience that aligns with Capital on Tap’s customer-first ethos.
- • Day to day, you will build and manage your own sales pipeline by researching, sourcing, and qualifying new SME leads through strategic outreach.
- • You will make 30–50 outbound calls daily to business owners and decision-makers, leveraging strong communication skills to articulate the value proposition of the credit card and spend management tools.
- • You will represent the Capital on Tap brand in high-impact sales conversations, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each prospect and closing deals that drive both revenue and early product adoption.
- • You will consistently hit quarterly targets by converting new customers and fostering early usage, using data and feedback to refine your approach and improve conversion rates.
- • You will adhere to strict compliance standards and FCA regulations, ensuring all sales activities protect customers and uphold the company’s reputation for trust and integrity.
- • You will join a collaborative team of 8–12 Business Development Managers across London, Brighton, Manchester, and remote locations, reporting to a Sales Manager in a high-energy, supportive environment that celebrates initiative and teamwork.
