  • • As a Sales Executive at Nvolve (part of Everfield), you will own the full sales cycle for a fast-growing workforce enablement and compliance SaaS platform, driving new business in highly regulated sectors like manufacturing and food processing.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, executing outbound strategies, conducting product demos, negotiating deals, and consistently achieving or exceeding new business ARR targets with average deal sizes between ÂŁ10k–£50k.
  • • You will act as a trusted advisor to prospects, deeply understanding their operational challenges and aligning Nvolve’s AI-powered platform to deliver measurable value, while providing feedback to Marketing to refine lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Customer Success and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term client success, maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot for reliable forecasting, and contribute to shaping sales strategy as the team scales.
  • • Nvolve, backed by Everfield, operates across the UK and Ireland with a mission to digitize and scale frontline operations for global brands like Coca-Cola, Pilgrim’s, and Mondelez, offering a dynamic, mission-driven environment where your impact directly contributes to customer compliance, efficiency, and growth.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced sales execution skills in complex B2B SaaS environments, master modern methodologies like MEDDPICC, strengthen technical fluency in HR-tech platforms, and grow as a trusted advisor who drives both revenue and customer success in high-stakes industries.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 2 years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in FMCG, logistics, or food manufacturing
  • • Demonstrated experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • • Strong technical acumen and ability to quickly learn new platforms
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • • Self-motivated, resilient, and proactive with the ability to independently drive pipeline and exceed targets
