  • • Own the full sales cycle for WA.Aggregator, from initial prospecting to closing deals with B2B clients globally.
  • • Sell WA.Technology’s Casino Aggregator solution to operators in emerging and grey markets, leveraging the platform’s 75+ game providers and 15,000+ games.
  • • Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline through cold outreach, direct prospecting, and networking.
  • • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and pipeline targets aligned with company growth objectives.
  • • Track, analyze, and optimize sales funnel performance and conversion rates to improve sales efficiency.
  • • Represent WA.Technology at international iGaming conferences, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  • • Conduct client meetings both virtually and in person across global markets, adapting communication to regional business cultures.
  • • Collaborate directly with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to shape sales strategy and prioritize market opportunities.
  • • Provide actionable market insights and client feedback to inform product development and commercial strategy.
  • • Identify and evaluate new geographic markets and growth areas for WA.Aggregator expansion.
  • • Maintain consistent outbound sales activity in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with high autonomy.
  • • Travel internationally for client visits, trade shows, and industry events as required by business needs.
  • • Work within a hybrid model that combines in-person collaboration in London with remote work flexibility.
  • • Engage with stakeholders across operator, aggregator, and B2B platform ecosystems to understand client needs and position WA.Aggregator effectively.
  • • Operate with a commercial mindset focused on revenue generation, stakeholder management, and long-term client relationships.
  • • Maintain resilience and momentum in outbound sales environments characterized by high rejection rates and competitive markets.
  • • Demonstrate strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills when engaging with international decision-makers.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development within international markets
  • • Proven success in cold acquisition and full-cycle deal closing
  • • Experience working with revenue targets and KPIs in a sales role
  • • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • • Comfortable working in a fast-changing, startup-style environment
  • • Willingness to travel internationally for conferences, client meetings, and events
