• • As a Sales Finance Specialist at Kraken Technologies Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial rigor and strategic insight within the commercial organization, directly supporting the company’s mission to transform the global energy sector through technology and sustainability.
• • You will serve as a trusted financial partner to Sales Leadership and Commercial teams, ensuring that revenue forecasts, pipeline assessments, and commercial decisions are grounded in accurate, timely, and actionable financial analysis.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: conducting deep-dive financial analysis of sales pipelines and forecasting models to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; collaborating with Sales and Commercial teams to validate assumptions behind revenue projections and deal structures; building and maintaining dynamic financial models that simulate various go-to-market scenarios and pricing strategies; preparing regular performance reports comparing actuals against forecasts, highlighting variances and root causes for senior leadership review; supporting the monthly and quarterly close process by ensuring accurate revenue recognition in alignment with IFRS and company policies; identifying process inefficiencies in sales-to-finance handoffs and recommending improvements to enhance data quality and forecasting accuracy; partnering with the broader Finance team to integrate commercial insights into broader financial planning and analysis (FP&A) cycles; and contributing to the development of KPIs and dashboards that track commercial health, including win rates, sales cycle length, and customer acquisition cost trends.
