- • Begin your career as a Business Development Representative (BDR) starting June 2026 or according to your availability, with the potential to transition into senior sales roles within 18 to 24 months.

- • Receive a hiring decision within 48 hours after the recruitment day, with successful candidates offered a permanent contract (CDI) to join the Sales Graduate Program.
- • Explore dual BDR pathways during recruitment: standard BDR role focused on general prospecting or BDR - Large Accounts role targeting enterprises with 300–3,000 employees, emphasizing strategic mapping, multichannel prospecting, and long-term relationship building.
- • Align with Alan’s values of mission-first thinking, shared accountability, radical transparency, and continuous personal evolution through direct feedback and self-driven growth.
- • Receive full access to Alan’s sales methodology, training resources, and internal mobility pathways leading to roles such as Account Executive or Inbound Sales after completion of the graduate program.
