Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • Vira Health is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to spearhead our employer sales initiatives across Canada and the United States. This pivotal role demands a dynamic individual who can expertly blend proactive outbound prospecting with the adept management of a substantial volume of inbound opportunities originating from our valued Employee Assistance Program (EAP) partners. If you are someone who thrives in the exhilarating, fast-paced environment of a startup, possesses a proven ability to architect and refine sales processes, is comfortable navigating and presenting multiple product solutions, and harbors a profound passion for advancing women's health throughout the North American market, then this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
- • As a Sales Lead, your primary mission will be to cultivate and expand Vira Health's reach within the employer market. This involves a dual approach: strategically collaborating with our EAP resellers to identify and capitalize on co-selling opportunities, while simultaneously providing robust support to their employer-facing teams across both the US and Canada. You will be instrumental in identifying and engaging directly with employer clients, diligently building a strong outbound pipeline through a multifaceted strategy encompassing direct calls, targeted emails, sophisticated social selling techniques, and strategic networking.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves the meticulous qualification of inbound opportunities generated by our EAP reseller partners. You will be responsible for managing these leads from initial contact through to full-cycle follow-up, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for potential clients. Where required, your linguistic skills in both English and French will be crucial in navigating these interactions effectively, particularly within the Canadian market.
- • Success in this role requires a nuanced understanding of the diverse regional healthcare variations and the complex landscape of employer benefits across different geographies. You will leverage CRM systems with precision to meticulously track all prospect interactions, ensuring the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date pipeline data, while diligently adhering to the demands of North American time zones, from EST to PST.
- • Beyond lead generation and qualification, you will play a vital role in sales support and collaboration. This includes providing comprehensive product knowledge, developing essential training materials, crafting compelling sales enablement decks, and furnishing valuable resources to our partners, primarily in English, but also in French where necessary. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining cutting-edge sales materials tailored for both employer prospects and reseller partners, ensuring these materials are accessible and resonate across the US and Canada, including the development of bilingual English-French materials specifically for the Quebec market.
- • Close collaboration with our Marketing team will be essential to optimize lead generation campaigns and refine messaging for both anglophone and francophone markets. Furthermore, you will work hand-in-hand with Vira Health Leadership and Reseller Account Executives to guarantee smooth lead handoffs and efficient deal progression. Your ability to adapt sales approaches, taking into account the unique provincial healthcare differences and specific regulatory requirements within Canada, will be a key differentiator.
- • Performance is paramount. You will be expected to consistently meet or exceed ambitious targets for qualified opportunities, pipeline creation, and closed deals across your designated territory. Diligent tracking of activity metrics and pipeline status within the CRM is non-negotiable. You will also actively participate in strategic sales discussions, contributing valuable insights and helping to shape best practices for our ongoing Canadian market expansion efforts. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on women's health by driving the adoption of Vira Health's innovative solutions within the employer benefits space.
