- • The Sales Learning & Development role at Alan SAS is pivotal in transforming the sales organization into top performers and trusted advisors by designing and delivering impactful training initiatives across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada.
- • Day to day, the role involves spending significant time in the field to identify sales skill gaps, delivering onboarding and ongoing training, designing programs on sales skills, insurance expertise, legal environment, and product mastery, building training assets with internal experts, experimenting with engaging formats, and ensuring effective change management as the organization scales.
- • Alan SAS is building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery, serving over a million members across multiple countries with a mission to make prevention the norm and help people live in good health to 100.
- • In this role, the person will learn to orchestrate large-scale sales events for 100+ professionals, design performance-driving training programs, and scale innovative Sales Enablement functions using AI, gamification, and scalable content—directly contributing to Alan’s competitive edge and sales team excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Learning & Development function or as a sales professional
- • Fluency in French and English is required
- • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
- • Solid business sense and KPI-driven mindset
- • Strong Learning & Development skills
- • Excellent written and oral communication skills
