📋 Description

• • The Sales Learning & Development role at Alan SAS is pivotal in transforming the sales organization into top performers and trusted advisors by designing and delivering impactful training initiatives across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada.
• • Day to day, you will spend significant time in the field identifying sales skill gaps, design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs, build training assets with internal experts, experiment with engaging formats (including AI and gamification), and manage change during organizational scaling.
• • Alan is building a vertically integrated health partner uniting insurance and smart healthcare delivery, serving over a million members across multiple countries with a mission to make prevention the new norm of care and help people live in good health to 100.
• • In this role, you will orchestrate large-scale sales events for 100+ professionals, design product-specific training programs (e.g., Prevoyance), and scale innovative Sales Enablement solutions, directly contributing to sales performance and company growth while developing expertise in L&D, sales strategy, and cross-cultural program delivery.
