- • As a Sales Manager at Everfield AG, you will drive revenue growth by generating, managing, and converting your own sales pipeline into new business, playing a key role in expanding the company’s reach into larger, more complex organisations with its next-generation ERP offering.
- • You will operate as an individual contributor within a high-performance sales team, taking full ownership of your pipeline from prospecting through to close, delivering product demonstrations, maintaining accurate forecasting, and contributing to sales strategy improvements.
- • Everfield is a European platform acquiring and scaling vertical market software companies, with Fitfactory—its manufacturing-focused subsidiary—supporting over 300 UK manufacturers through digital transformation using smart MRP software and business intelligence.
- • You will develop expertise in selling complex software solutions to manufacturing and engineering clients, sharpen your autonomous sales execution, and directly impact revenue growth while helping shape the company’s approach to larger market opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven ability to generate and close new business—not just manage inbound or existing accounts
- • Experience selling software, MRP/MES/ERP, or within manufacturing/engineering environments is advantageous
- • Strong communication and presentation skills, including delivering software demonstrations
- • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) to manage pipeline and performance
- • Comfortable operating with autonomy and ownership of targets
- • Willingness to travel as needed
