- • Build and nurture a high-performing ecosystem of resellers, system integrators, and telephony infrastructure partners—turning every relationship into a predictable, compounding revenue stream that exceeds $1 M annually.
- • Drive pipeline creation and velocity within marquee accounts—most notably NICE—by orchestrating joint business plans, co-marketing campaigns, enablement workshops, and executive QBRs that keep Sycurio top-of-mind and first in the stack.
- • Translate complex SaaS value propositions into crisp, partner-ready messaging and collateral, ensuring every reseller can articulate how Sycurio secures payment data, reduces PCI scope, and elevates customer experience in contact-center environments.
- • Negotiate and close multi-year, multi-product partnership agreements that protect margin while accelerating time-to-revenue; draft SOWs, MSAs, and pricing addendums that withstand procurement scrutiny and set partners up for long-term success.
- • Forecast accurately and fearlessly—weekly commits, monthly bookings, and quarterly revenue projections—using Salesforce to maintain a single source of truth that the global Go-to-Market team trusts for board-level reporting.
- • Collaborate daily with Pre-Sales Solution Consultants to tailor demos and proof-of-concepts that map to each partner’s unique vertical use-case; arm them with battle cards, ROI calculators, and objection-handling guides that shorten sales cycles.
- • Co-create demand-generation programs with Marketing—webinars, field events, account-based campaigns—that generate MQLs, accelerate partner certification, and position Sycurio as the de-facto security layer for contact-center payments.
- • Serve as the voice of the partner back into Product and Engineering, distilling win/loss feedback, roadmap requests, and competitive intel to influence feature prioritization and ensure market fit across the US Call-Center landscape.
- • Champion a metrics-driven culture: obsess over partner-sourced pipeline coverage ratios, deal-velocity KPIs, and renewal/expansion rates; iterate playbooks and incentive structures until every metric trends green.
- • Mentor and up-skill junior BDRs and channel reps, sharing proven prospecting sequences, discovery frameworks, and closing techniques that elevate the entire team’s win rate.
- • Maintain an encyclopedic knowledge of the competitive landscape—Nuance, PCI Pal, Syntec—arming partners with real-time battle plans that neutralize threats and highlight Sycurio’s unique differentiators.
- • Travel up to 30 % to attend partner summits, customer sites, and industry conferences, ensuring face-to-face relationship depth that virtual calls simply cannot replicate.
- • Uphold Sycurio’s values of transparency, customer obsession, and continuous innovation, acting as a cultural ambassador who attracts top-tier partners and future Sycurio talent alike.
