- • As a Sales Manager at Marmon Holdings, Inc., you will drive growth across Italy, France, and Spain while supporting strategic expansion into additional European markets, playing a key role in the company’s European growth strategy backed by Berkshire Hathaway.
- • Day to day, you will lead sales growth by managing and growing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, creating and executing country-specific sales plans, conducting account reviews, delivering product demonstrations and training, and collaborating with internal teams to align on strategy and market development.
- • You will be part of a global industrial organization committed to making a positive impact, fostering a culture where everyone is empowered to be their best, and working closely with the General Manager and cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer service.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in international sales strategy, market expansion, account management in technical sectors, and cross-cultural customer engagement, while building a track record of revenue growth and partnership development across Southern Europe.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven sales experience within HVAC/R, industrial components, or a related technical sector
- • Strong track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts
- • Fluent Italian and English required; French or Spanish is an advantage
- • Willingness to travel extensively across Southern Europe
- • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- • Ability to work independently, manage a wide territory, and prioritize effectively
