- • As a Sales Manager, Account Executive at Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will lead and develop a team of Account Executives to exceed sales goals through coaching, motivation, and skill development, playing a crucial role in shaping the success of the sales team, especially for early-career professionals.
- • Day to day, you will set performance goals and metrics, leverage data and one-on-one meetings to track progress, provide actionable feedback, troubleshoot operational issues, remove roadblocks for reps, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to align on lead quality, sales tools, and customer satisfaction.
