📋 Description

  • As a Sales Manager, Account Management at Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will lead, coach, and empower an Account Management team focused on driving retention, expansion, and loyalty across the customer base in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.
  • Day to day, you will hire and develop a best-in-class sales-focused team, own team metrics tied to onboarding, retention, and expansion quotas, partner with Account Managers and Regional Directors to craft account strategies, personally engage with executive stakeholders at key accounts, leverage data to inform retention and expansion decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Project Services, Member Support, Ops, and Finance to align on customer needs and deliver increasing value.
  • Engine is transforming business travel through a unified platform combining corporate travel, a charge card, and spend management, serving over 20,000 companies and 1 million travelers with billions in annual bookings, backed by Telescope Partners, Blackstone, and Permira, and recognized as a fast-growing travel and fintech platform.
  • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in scaling high-performance teams, deepen your ability to drive revenue growth through data-informed strategies, strengthen executive stakeholder engagement, and cultivate a culture of ownership, innovation, and exceptional customer experience while growing into a leader of leaders within the organization.
