📋 Description
- • As a Sales Manager Außendienst – B2B Vertrieb Sicherheitstechnik, you will drive the growth of digital access and locking solutions in the Berlin region, contributing to safer, smarter, and more comfortable buildings across commercial, healthcare, educational, industrial, and public sectors.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing your sales territory strategically, identifying and acquiring new construction and modernization projects, proactively contacting potential clients via phone, referrals, CRM data, or on-site visits, advising customers on security and access requirements, collaborating with trade partners, managing projects through the full sales cycle, and building lasting relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- • You will join SimonsVoss, a market leader in digital locking technology with over 30 years of experience, more than four million installed systems, and over 550 employees, operating as part of the global Allegion plc group, which is committed to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity in the workplace.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in digital security solutions, strengthen your B2B technical sales and project management skills, expand your professional network in the construction and facility technology sectors, and achieve measurable sales growth while enjoying significant autonomy and support from a collaborative team culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in technical B2B field sales and project business, preferably in security, building, or access control technology, or related fields such as CCTV, TGA, or other technical building solutions.
- • Strong technical affinity with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly and a willingness to deeply engage with digital locking technology.
- • Passion for new business development, including proactive outreach to new contacts and independent identification of sales opportunities.
- • Self-directed pipeline management, with the ability to prioritize activities and determine when to focus on acquisition versus project execution.
- • Ideal residence within or near the sales territory, fluent German communication skills, and English proficiency as an advantage.
