- • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed monthly targets and annual quotas within the construction technology sector.
- • Spearhead the discovery of new market opportunities by networking with industry leaders and cultivating strategic B2B relationships in the US Civil construction landscape.
- • Partner with technical pre-sales experts to design and execute sophisticated account plans aimed at landing high-value new customers for Trimble’s AECO digital construction solutions.
- • Serve as a key brand ambassador at major industry events, building influential relationships with technology partners, associations, and key decision-makers.
- • Champion field success by joining the sales team for on-site client discoveries, demonstrations, and strategic engagements across the United States.
- • Drive strategic growth for Trimble’s US Civil New Logo Sales division by expanding market share and penetrating new segments within architecture, engineering, and construction industries.
- • Develop and adapt sales tactics based on evolving market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
- • Mentor and coach sales professionals to enhance performance, build pipeline discipline, and foster career development within the team.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategy with broader business objectives and customer needs.
- • Maintain deep knowledge of US Civil construction workflows, infrastructure project cycles, and digital transformation challenges faced by AECO clients.
- • Represent Trimble’s mission of connecting the physical and digital worlds by delivering technology solutions that improve precision, productivity, and sustainability in construction projects.
- • Travel 30-40% domestically to support field operations, client visits, and industry events as required.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of successful sales experience in a software environment with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- • Deep knowledge of the US Civil market and/or construction industry workflows.
- • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-level executives and diverse stakeholders.
- • Strong background in business development, including proactive prospecting and strategic networking.
- • Experience developing and adapting sales tactics based on market trends and customer feedback.
- • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel 30-40% to support field operations.
