- • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of quota-carrying Account Executives in a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS startup.
- • Generate outbound pipeline and support the full-funnel enterprise sales process from lead generation to close.
- • Analyze call and deal performance using Gong.io to identify coaching opportunities and improve team outcomes.
- • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies based on sales data and customer feedback.
- • Track and forecast sales activity, pipeline health, and revenue performance using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- • Own and close strategic enterprise deals with complex stakeholder dynamics and annual contract values of $100K+ ARR.
- • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and scaling a world-class sales team aligned with startup growth objectives.
- • Work within Eastern Time Zone hours to align with global teams and customer schedules.
- • Drive revenue strategy by leveraging metrics-driven insights to optimize sales processes and team performance.
- • Operate in a high-growth environment requiring agility, initiative, and a bias for action.
- • Support the Head of Revenue in building a scalable, repeatable, and measurable sales engine.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with enterprise SaaS sales cycles, including multi-threaded deals and long sales cycles.
- • Ensure consistent use of CRM and sales tech stack to maintain data integrity and enable accurate forecasting.
- • Act as a key liaison between sales, marketing, and product to ensure alignment on customer needs and product roadmap.
- • Demonstrate strong business acumen and communication skills when engaging with C-level and senior marketing, analytics, and data decision-makers.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving product offerings and market conditions in the ad tech, marketing analytics, or data platform space.
- • Maintain a results-oriented mindset focused on exceeding quota and driving sustainable revenue growth.
- • Participate in shaping the long-term structure and culture of the sales organization as the company scales globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with 2+ years in a sales leadership role
- • Proven success coaching teams to exceed quota in high-growth settings
- • Experience managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders and $100K+ ARR
- • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong.io, and modern sales tech
- • Background in ad tech, marketing analytics, or data platform sales
- • Excellent communication skills and business acumen
