- • Lead the Enterprise sales segment in North America, driving revenue growth by managing a team of SaaS Enterprise Account Executives and owning the segment’s financial results through strategic deal execution and team selling motions.
- • Partner with senior AEs to maximize win rates on large, complex competitive replacement deals, manage deal risks, and navigate intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and legacy system displacements.
- • Build and scale a high-caliber Enterprise AE team by making strategic hires, onboarding top talent, and enabling reps to generate their own pipeline and close both tactical ($100k+) and strategic ($500k+) deals.
- • Foster cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services to create a unified go-to-market flywheel that enhances customer acquisition and reinforces Ashby’s reputation for excellence in the talent technology space.
- • Develop deep expertise in Ashby’s multi-product talent suite and the broader TA landscape, becoming a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams by connecting product capabilities to enterprise talent challenges.
- • Contribute to defining Ashby’s go-to-market strategy and sales methodology as a key leader reporting to the Head of AMER Sales, with direct influence on scaling the Enterprise motion in a high-growth, AI-powered SaaS environment.
- • Operate within a culture of ownership, principled thinking, and clear communication, where collaboration and subject matter expertise are valued over tenure, and continuous learning is encouraged.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing a team of SaaS Enterprise Account Executives delivering $5M+ in annual revenue at a company with over $100M ARR.
- • Track record of helping win $1M+ SaaS deals with publicly traded companies and guiding teams through complex, high-stakes enterprise sales cycles.
- • Demonstrated success in hiring and onboarding Enterprise AEs who can independently build pipeline and close both tactical ($100k+) and strategic ($500k+) deals.
- • Strong mental model for enterprise sales execution, combined with a learner’s mindset and openness to experimentation and new ideas.
- • Comfort building relationships with customer executives and facilitating peer-to-peer conversations between leadership teams to elevate engagement levels.
- • Ability to quickly become a product and industry expert, earning trust through practical advice, relevant storytelling, and deep domain knowledge in talent acquisition.
- • Experience selling complex multi-product platforms and winning rip-and-replace sales motions against legacy incumbents.
