📋 Description
- • Lead outbound and inbound enterprise deal flow for a SaaS platform targeting global enterprise clients.
- • Qualify and close high-value SaaS opportunities with a minimum contract value of $100K+ ARR.
- • Drive sales conversations with product, marketing, and technical buyers across enterprise accounts.
- • Use data from Gong and Salesforce to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement in the sales cycle.
- • Partner with go-to-market (GTM) teams to refine messaging, positioning, and outreach strategies for enterprise clients.
- • Manage multi-touch sales cycles from initial outreach through contract signing, ensuring consistent progress and closure.
- • Operate as a quota-carrying Sales Manager with direct responsibility for meeting and exceeding assigned revenue targets.
- • Engage with C-suite executives to understand strategic needs and align SaaS solutions with enterprise objectives.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and client interactions within Salesforce.
- • Leverage insights from sales analytics tools to optimize forecasting, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on target accounts and value propositions.
- • Adapt sales approach based on feedback from client interactions and internal performance reviews.
- • Maintain full-time availability during Eastern Time business hours to support global client engagements and internal team syncs.
- • Identify and pursue new strategic accounts to expand market presence and drive scalable enterprise growth.
- • Apply strategic thinking to navigate ambiguity in complex sales environments with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- • Contribute to the development of enterprise sales playbooks and processes based on real-world deal outcomes.

- • 6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with a track record of exceeding quota
- • Strong experience managing complex sales with C-suite engagement
- • Confidence in data-driven tools like Salesforce, Gong, and HubSpot
- • Full-time availability on ET schedule
- • A sharp, strategic mind with the ability to manage ambiguity
