- • Own the full sales cycle for Indonesia’s most ambitious brands—from first discovery call to signed contract and successful onboarding—while consistently exceeding an annual revenue quota that directly fuels Insider One’s next phase of hyper-growth in Southeast Asia.
- • Map, penetrate, and dominate whitespace verticals such as retail, e-commerce, travel, fintech, and FMCG by running a data-driven territory plan that blends outbound prospecting, warm referrals, and strategic partnerships with Digital, SEO, and SEM agencies.
- • Translate complex marketing-tech challenges into crisp business outcomes for C-level, VP, and Head-of-Digital stakeholders, articulating how Insider One’s AI-powered CDP and omnichannel orchestration can unlock 5-10× ROI within the first 90 days.
- • Build and maintain a rigorously accurate Salesforce pipeline (MEDDICC methodology preferred) that allows you to forecast within 5 % variance every month and gives leadership the confidence to invest aggressively in local expansion, hiring, and marketing.
- • Co-create bespoke commercial packages with our Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance teams—leveraging flexible subscription models, usage-based pricing, and proof-of-concept pilots—to remove procurement friction and accelerate signature velocity.
- • Deliver jaw-dropping product demos and tailored proof-of-concepts that showcase Insider One’s natively supported channels (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Web, App, Site Search) and AI decisioning engine, leaving prospects convinced that “switching is not optional.”
- • Champion the voice of the Indonesian market internally by feeding real-time insights on competitive moves, regulatory shifts, and emerging use-cases to Product Marketing and Engineering, ensuring our roadmap stays two steps ahead of customer demand.
- • Mentor junior BDRs and Marketing counterparts on enterprise storytelling, objection handling, and negotiation tactics, turning our Jakarta hub into a talent magnet that attracts the best SaaS sellers in the region.
- • Orchestrate multi-threaded relationships across Marketing, CRM, Product, and IT teams so that every deployment becomes a lighthouse case study referenced by prospects across APAC.
- • Collaborate with Customer Success to craft joint success plans and QBRs that drive expansion ARR, turning one-product wins into multi-solution, multi-year partnerships worth 3-5× the initial ACV.
- • Represent Insider One at marquee industry events, webinars, and closed-door roundtables, positioning yourself as the go-to thought leader for customer engagement innovation in Indonesia.
- • Live our “Care” ethos daily—whether that means jumping on a late-night call to unblock a technical question or surprising a client with a handwritten thank-you note after go-live.
- • Iterate relentlessly: A/B test outreach sequences, experiment with new discovery frameworks, and share winning plays on our global Slack #sales-wins channel so the entire 1,500-person Insider community levels up.
