- • As a Sales Manager - Mid-Market and Enterprise at Instrumentl Inc., you will lead and develop a team of early-career Account Executives (Growth AEs) who drive the company’s high-velocity SMB sales motion, playing a critical role in scaling the nonprofit-focused grant discovery and management platform.
- • Day to day, you will recruit, onboard, and ramp Growth AEs; drive outbound deal sourcing to help AEs self-source and close qualified pipeline; coach through 1:1s, deal reviews, and real-time shadowing; define and optimize sales workflows, playbooks, and metrics; own team performance including pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and quota attainment; collaborate with Marketing, Product, CS, and RevOps; participate in live deals via co-selling and troubleshooting; and foster a high-learning, supportive culture where AEs thrive.
- • Instrumentl is a hypergrowth, YC-backed startup serving over 5,000 nonprofit customers, including organizations like the San Diego Zoo and University of Alaska, building the future of fundraising automation with strong traction—cash-flow positive, doubling year over year, and achieving high customer satisfaction (NPS 65+, Ellis PMF 60+).
