- • Lead a team of sellers and drive the overall sales strategy for OpenAI’s Mid-Market Enterprise segment, ensuring successful customer deployments and revenue growth.
- • Partner with solutions teams to design and execute complex customer programs, manage consumption revenue forecasts, and monitor industry trends to inform product roadmap and corporate strategy.
- • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members while fostering a strong company culture aligned with OpenAI’s mission to build safe AGI that benefits humanity.
- • Build executive relationships, act as a trusted advisor to customers, and guide the team in understanding client needs to improve internal productivity and AI strategy through our models.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience leading sales teams
- • Experience selling platform-as-a-service (PaaS) and/or software-as-a-service (SaaS) at a product-led growth company
- • Proven ability to design and execute complex deal strategies
- • Experience supporting the growth of fast-growing, high-performance companies
- • Background in leading high-visibility customer events such as CABs, conferences, and product launches
- • Skilled in gathering, distilling, and processing complex market intelligence (industry, competitor, customer, prospect)
