- • As a Sales Manager for MidMarket at RingCentral, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of account executives focused on selling cloud communications and collaboration solutions to mid-sized businesses across the United States. Your leadership will directly impact revenue growth and market expansion in a fast-evolving tech landscape.
- • Day to day, you will coach, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales quotas, conduct pipeline reviews, provide real-time feedback on sales calls, and collaborate with cross-functional partners in marketing, product, and customer success to optimize go-to-market strategies. You will also be responsible for forecasting, territory planning, and driving adoption of RingCentral’s unified communications platform.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing and coaching a team of sales representatives in a SaaS or technology environment
- • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
- • Strong understanding of mid-market sales cycles, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and sales forecasting methodologies
- • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and collaborate effectively across distributed teams
