  • • As a Sales Manager for MillerKnoll in the DACH region, you will drive revenue growth and market expansion by managing dealer relationships and national accounts across Germany’s Baden-Württemberg territory, directly contributing to the company’s mission of ā€˜design for the good of humankind’ through sustainable, innovative furniture solutions.
  • • You will lead dealer-focused activities including lead generation, challenger selling, and on-site visits to uncover sales opportunities, while independently and collaboratively coordinating MillerKnoll and dealer resources to advance projects from concept to order, ensuring alignment with financial targets and activity goals.
  • • As National Account Manager for DACH, you will serve as the dedicated point of contact for key customers, building long-term relationships by understanding their business objectives, conducting regular meetings, and shaping national and global contracts in coordination with European counterparts.
  • • You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including product application, specials, mock-ups, and SPAFS, while providing technical specification support and leveraging portfolio expertise to differentiate MillerKnoll offerings against competitors.
  • • You will ensure forecast accuracy and data integrity in Salesforce, deliver timely reporting to the Regional Manager, and contribute market intelligence to inform broader commercial strategy across MillerKnoll’s EMEA operations.
  • • You will represent MillerKnoll at industry events and client engagements, delivering best-in-class verbal and written presentations (RFIs, RFPs, tenders) that reflect the brand’s commitment to design excellence and customer-centric solutions.
  • • You will continuously build product and market knowledge to confidently articulate MillerKnoll’s value proposition, stay attuned to regional influencers in architecture and contract furniture, and adapt to evolving customer needs in hospitality, workplace, and interiors sectors.
  • • You will collaborate with internal teams including Business Development, Global Account Management, Major Projects, and Channel Development to identify and pursue cross-functional opportunities that strengthen MillerKnoll’s market position.
  • • You will operate with high autonomy, structure, and commercial drive, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a proactive, solution-oriented mindset that adds value throughout the entire project lifecycle.

šŸŽÆ Requirements

  • • Proven track record in B2B sales within contract furniture, interiors, hospitality, or design-led industries for a minimum of 5 years, ideally with experience in dealer and specification-driven sales models.
  • • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate succinctly, fluently, and compellingly in all professional interactions.
  • • Well-established network within the Southern German contract, architecture, and dealer landscape, preferably with strong connections in Baden-Württemberg, and a valid German driver’s licence (Führerschein Klasse B) with up to 6 points.
