  • • As Sales Manager at Gamma Labs Inc., you will be the first sales leadership presence on the East Coast, responsible for building the NYC hub from the ground up and establishing the culture, processes, and vision for Gamma’s B2B sales engine.
  • • Day to day, you will coach and develop a team of 6–8 Account Executives across enterprise and commercial segments, run pipeline reviews and deal strategy sessions, conduct 1:1s, own your team’s number and forecast with precision, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Ops to translate field insights into action.
  • • Gamma Labs Inc. has achieved product-market fit with over 70 million users and is scaling its B2B sales motion with a strong in-office culture in New York City, working 4–5 days per week in person with flexibility for focused remote work.
  • • In this role, you will build repeatable sales processes, recruit and retain top-tier AE talent, set the standard for customer interactions, and shape the culture of Gamma’s East Coast office while having a direct impact on company growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–6+ years of frontline sales management at a high-growth SaaS or AI company with a consistent track record of teams hitting quota
  • • Experience managing both enterprise and commercial sales motions, with ability to coach across different ACVs and selling cycles
  • • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent, with a builder mindset demonstrated by standing up processes from the ground up
  • • Strong forecasting discipline and data-informed approach to pipeline management, paired with comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • • Mastery of modern sales tooling and a strong appetite for implementing AI-powered workflows
