📋 Description
- • Lead and coach a team of quota-carrying Account Executives to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
- • Improve call quality and deal execution by leveraging Gong.io for call analysis, feedback, and performance optimization.
- • Forecast, track, and analyze sales performance using Salesforce and HubSpot to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and outcome prediction.
- • Build, refine, and scale sales processes to increase team efficiency, reduce cycle times, and drive predictable revenue growth.
- • Partner closely with Marketing to align go-to-market strategies, ensure messaging consistency, and improve lead-to-opportunity conversion.
- • Contribute to the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of new sales talent to build a high-performing, scalable team.
- • Serve as a strategic leader who prioritizes team development over individual closing, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- • Monitor key sales metrics and implement data-driven interventions to address performance gaps and elevate team output.
- • Provide regular one-on-one coaching sessions focused on objection handling, pipeline management, and negotiation techniques.
- • Collaborate with leadership to define sales playbooks, territory strategies, and compensation structures that motivate and retain top performers.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS product and its value proposition to effectively train and equip the sales team.
- • Ensure all sales activities comply with company standards and CRM hygiene practices to support accurate reporting and forecasting.
- • Act as a liaison between sales operations, product, and customer success teams to align on customer feedback and product adoption trends.
- • Drive accountability through clear goal-setting, performance reviews, and recognition of team achievements.
- • Adapt coaching methods to individual rep strengths and weaknesses to maximize overall team performance.
- • Stay current with industry trends in B2B SaaS sales and incorporate best practices into team training and process design.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales
- • 2+ years leading quota-carrying reps
- • Proven ability to coach teams to meet or exceed goals
- • Strong command of sales performance tools (Gong.io, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- • Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours
