  • • As a Sales Operations Admin, you will be an integral part of our global team, playing a pivotal role in the continuous scaling and optimization of our sales processes. This critical position is based in the Philippines and necessitates a commitment to working during US business hours, specifically to provide robust support to our North American sales leadership and dedicated teams.
  • • You will serve as the essential backbone of our entire order-to-fulfillment lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions from initial order placement to final delivery. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will be key to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of these crucial operations.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve driving forecast accuracy. By implementing and refining robust data analysis and reporting mechanisms, you will provide the sales team with reliable insights, enabling them to make informed decisions and set achievable targets.

  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical sales support functions, including but not limited to:
  • • Managing and maintaining the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity. This includes updating account information, tracking sales activities, and ensuring all sales-related data is current and readily accessible.
  • • Supporting the sales team with quote generation, proposal creation, and contract processing. You will ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant with company policies, and efficiently managed throughout the sales cycle.
  • • Assisting in the preparation of sales forecasts and pipeline reports. This involves gathering data from various sources, analyzing trends, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner to sales leadership.
  • • Collaborating with the finance and legal departments to streamline the order-to-cash process, ensuring timely invoicing, payment processing, and revenue recognition.
  • • Developing and maintaining sales operational dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
  • • Identifying opportunities for process improvements within the sales operations function and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • Providing administrative support to the sales leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
  • • Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding sales operations inquiries.
  • • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales operations and data management.
