You will be a crucial support system for our North American sales leadership and teams, requiring availability to work during US business hours (9 AM - 6 PM EST). You will meticulously manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and providing accurate reporting to sales leadership. This includes tracking sales activities, managing pipelines, and generating performance metrics that inform strategic decision-making.
