- • Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM to ensure data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and up-to-date sales records for a high-performing sales organization
- • Support the sales team with administrative tasks including contract preparation, proposal generation, and preparation of sales documentation
- • Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, pipeline activity, and performance dashboards to inform team strategy and decision-making
- • Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and communications between the sales team and prospects or clients to ensure timely and professional engagement
- • Assist in onboarding new clients and facilitate smooth handoffs from sales to delivery or account management teams
- • Manage inbound sales inquiries and route them appropriately within the sales team based on predefined protocols
- • Maintain, organize, and update sales collateral, templates, and shared resources to ensure consistent and accessible materials for the team
- • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and support initiatives for continuous improvement in operations and workflow
- • Liaise with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align activities across the full sales cycle and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration
- • Work exclusively within US time zones (EST–PST) to support real-time coordination with sales teams and stakeholders
- • Operate remotely with full accountability for managing multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, distributed environment
- • Utilize Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for document management, communication, and collaboration
- • Use Slack, Zoom, and task management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar) to coordinate daily workflows and team communications
- • Employ VoIP and communication platforms for client and internal team interactions
- • Utilize document and proposal tools to generate and distribute sales materials efficiently
- • Ensure all application requirements are met, including completion of the full application form and recording of a mandatory video as the first step in the interview process
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Operations role
- • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM — managing pipelines, workflows, reporting, and data integrity
- • Prior remote work experience with strong fluency in remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar); candidates without prior remote experience will not be considered
- • Experience working with US or UK-based companies or customers
- • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
