📋 Description
- • As a Sales Operations Analyst at TheFork, you will support the Sales Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiency across Italy and DACH markets through process execution, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, playing a key role in enabling sales performance and strategic decision-making.
- • Day to day, you will provide support to the Sales team on processes including user questions, process guidance, and issue resolution; assist in sales target setting and compensation processes; contribute to projects optimizing sales operations; and build, maintain, and update dashboards and reports to drive actionable insights from sales performance data.
